• 24-10-12This place is great every single time. Best chicken burrito in Los Angeles imo, and the peach habanero salsa is a hardcore 10/10. Only thing I would change is to add white flour tortillas as an option

• 26-03-02We’ve been loyal Mixto customers for a couple of years, but the portions have been shrinking noticeably. Our Mixto bowl used to arrive in a proper bowl — last night it came in a small plastic takeout container. That said, the food tastes great, and the guacamole and salsa are solid. Hopefully they'll stop shrinking the size of the portions, because we enjoy the food.

• 26-06-13So long as Mixto is around, I will never move. I am a terrible cook and I miss my grandmother. Mixto fixes both of those things by making the homiest, most fresh, flavorful and comforting food I could ever want. It's what I get when I'm tired, sad or excited, grieving or celebrating. It hits the spot every time. I normally get the asada bowl, but today I got the seco de pollo and holy mama! I tasted every bite of that with my soul. This is a corny review. That's ok. The food is that good. I'm a fool for you, Mixto.
I only regret not taking a picture before venturing into my flavor experience.

• 24-11-27Ive been a frequent customer here, but their quality control could use some serious attention. For example, when you order chips and guac, they provide a disappointingly small amount of chips. On top of that, the burritos are wrapped so poorly that they fall apart—it’s just way too messy. I really hope they step up their game because the food could be so much better with just a little more care.

• 25-09-21Bland Tex Mex food. It's Mexican inspired but definitely not Mexican food. The corn is boiled corn with cotija cheese, not grilled, no mayo or butter. Burrito lacked any flavor and part of burrito was all rice and another part all meat. Not a good experience.
