The fish is fresh and flavorful, and they include plenty of sauces. Nice quantity of meat per roll as well!

This was my first trip to Baltimore for work and I knew I had to take advantage of the fresh seafood while here. I chose to try Mizu Sushi for my first real Baltimore meal Tuesday night and ended up reorders on Wednesday night! The Kani Salad was probably the spiciest I've ever had BUT the most flavorful and a perfectly sized portion (I honestly could have eaten two bowls without the sushi). And the Philly Roll is a personal favorite and Mizu did not disappoint the salmon tasted fresh and the rolls were well proportioned. I also ordered a the Shrimp & Asparagus roll and ABSOLUTELY LOVED it, I saved it for lunch the next day. This was a well priced, perfectly portioned meal, fresh sushi experience. I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in the city!

Expensive but quality is not good. Hand rolls were tiny and basic. "Clear soup" was not clear but brown and tasted gross. Crunchy California Roll, Philadelphia roll, and kani salad mediocre at best. Salmon roe sashimi was great. Definitely not worth the cost or wait.

Wasn't sure about the rock and roll sushi based on visual, but the taste is awesome! Sizable portions of shrimp as well as cream cheese, and the chef's sauce has great flavor. I normally do not do tempura shrimp, but I would definitely eat this again. Philadelphia roll and shrimp and avocado rolls were great as well. Salmon is fresh, tender, and thick. I used to only eat sushi from RA, but I think Mizo is my new go-to!
