The food was absolutely delicious. The hit Hot Cheetos Mozzarella was much bigger than I expected it to be and had a crazy cheese pull. I have never had a mochi donut before and I was a bit wary about trying it because I am not big on sweets and don't like most American donuts, but the Oreo was absolutely incredible.

I ordered the shoyu ramen, hot cheeto korean hot dog , and takoyaki. Everything was delicious, especially the ramen! you get a huge portion of soup and broth with a bunch of toopings. The flavor was so good i couldn't stop eating. I thought the korean corn dog was good too, but its super filling becuase there is much dough and cheese. i do wish there was more of the hot dog itself. the hot cheeto dust doesnt add any spice but it gives a nice crunchy texture! It was my first time trying takoyaki and i enjoyed it, it has a really fishy taste and the texture is very soft.

The potato mozzarella is loaded with cheese and the batter is really good, definitely more fl than I expected. The cheesecake mochi donut was different from the donuts I'm used to be had a crunchy texture that almost gives funnel cake and the icing was absolutely delicious.

I love ordering snacks from mochi shack! Everthing tastes really fresh and I don't know of any places in Buffalo that have a variety of true mochi hot dogs !I had the 6. Potato Mozzarella mochi dog and it's a texture phenomenon! Crunchy, Chewy, Salty, Cheesy and delicious. If you love donuts you will love the softer texture of the mochi donut. The shape makes it easy to share and portion them out.

I love you mochi shack, your food is so good, the donuts are awesome and so texture amazing, they're so fresh and warm when they get to my home and the Takoyaki 6ps are literally to die for, I would order again and would 100% recommend to my friends
