The only reason this isn't 5 stars, is because they accidentally forgot the dressing. the salad was perfect!!!

I ordered the Kinda Cobb salad. Upon opening the lid of the bowl, I instantly noticed that the mixed greens were wilted and mushy. As I dug the ones off the top and threw it into the trash, I started seeing more and more. Basically all of the mixed greens I had to hand pick out and throw in the trash due to them being wilted and/or mushy. Even the romaine was on its last leg (centers were partially pink, with some fully there). Thankfully I had some mixed greens in my refrigerator I was able to add to it to replace them. For a restaurant that literally specializes in SALADS, this is just completely unacceptable. Seems like whoever is making the salads has not been trained well and/or just doesn't care about quality control. Hopefully management steps it up or this place isn't going to make it.
Otherwise, the salad tasted good and the combo of ingredients was nice.
