Pizza was cooked very well with all of the requested ingredients. I also liked that the pizza box was taped to prevent any tampering and/or contamination.

Our create your own salad, something we have ordered multiple times and usually really enjoy and I was craving tonight so we ordered MOD for dinner. We were so disappointed with the salad tonight, the toppings were so skimpy, there were 6 croutons on the entire salad, one salad dressing container, usually they give 2 and that is usually not enough, and all the other toppings were scant. This is ridiculous for a $18 salad.

Worst pizza I've had from this place which is unusual because they have good pizza. I ordered the gluten free dough do to my allergies but it tastes like the cauliflower crust and they were real skimpy with the cheese. I am not satisfied and quite frankly am disgusted with this particular pizza.

It was like the person who made my pizza had never made one before. Way more sauce than necessary, and way more toppings than necessary. The more toppings, the less of each that should be put on. I'm hoping it's just a one off though since everyone has bad days.

First time ordering from Mod pizza. We loved it! Create Your Own Pizza Tasted so good and fresh. The Cheesy Garlic Bread - Red Sauce (3 tbsp) was so good and I am not a big fan of garlic.
