Bowl sizes are too small for their food portions. I had to move all my food to a bigger bowl after making a complete mess taking the lid of and trying to eat. The food is also bland, the rice seems to be like the box rice you make in 10 minutes and not the real rice.

The toppings for the nachos were thrown together in a single container and were a huge mess when I received them. The steak was very chewy and super well done. I also did not receive any salsa.

I hadn't received my drink, which is a sweet tea and also the order was not made properly as though they didn't pay attention to the directions, I ordered the same exact thing two nights ago and everything was fine this time it just didn't meet it

Sodas were expired every time I ordered them. The food itself is better than Chipotle's IMO with comparable portion sizes.
