In store or ordering pickup, this location seems to struggle. The sign at the drive through says please be patient. That's understandable. It's made to order, not McDs. I witnessed 2 cars drive off after waiting for an unusually long time. I was the 3rd. This DoorDash order wasn't a big one and in no way was it complicated.
1-Missing Diet Coke was a tad irritating.
2-Order was late because my dasher had to sit and wait for it.
3-Paper was stuck to the sandwich so bad that it tore the bun getting it off.
I don't think it's petty or unreasonable to list these things for other customers looking for honest feedback.

Great in that they had a question about my order and called me with the question. Only reason they did not get a 5 star is because I paid for the nacho and drink combo and received no drink.

I spent time on the plains of Dixie, beneath the sun kissed sky. This mommas love, had no love. Just wasn't as good as it has always has been. The nachos were low on cheese and heavy on jalapeños.
