The most tasty rich-flavored Tonkotsu Black Ramen I've eaten. Absolutely delicious. And Truffle Tater Tots were heavenly!

Tasted OK, WAY overpriced. The Aburi Wagyu Rolls, 8 Pcs had like 2mg of beef, somehow they sliced it so micron thin I could barely taste it. Maybe a laser. Same with the Lobster Bisque Udon, definitely nowhere near the amount of lobster they show in the picture and charge $24 for a tiny little bowl of soup. Do better.

Sushi rice was falling apart in sushi and in rolls. Fish was fresh on sushi Monsoon Omakase Sushi Set 12 Pcs
2 rolls for price of 1 was disappointing, as they put same amount of fish as for 1 roll just stretch it to two

My ramen in my 2nd order was missing the egg (I think my cat is more sad than me about that tbh) but otherwise excellent. House rolls are unique but not weird. Everything is flavourful, textures are pleasing, portions are good. Appreciate how fast it is. Definitely a favourite "new place" I have tried. Really love the minimal "throwaways" but creativity in the packaging. Love that the lid for the soup bowls is so easy to open and reuse/reheat. Good price for casual sushi.

The Crispy Spicy Tuna Oshi (6pcs) was okay, but the fish to rice ratio was awful, its pretty much just fried rice with spicy mayo. The Tonkotsu Chashu-men was also okay, the pork, noodles, and egg are great but the broth is very bland with a thick layer of oil on top.
