Wow. What can I say ? I love Mr. Hero, it is the only restaurant in Cleveland OH that makes the Roman burger and best steak and cheese philly sandwich. Though there are 100 family chain restaurants throughout Ohio only. Very flavorful. Fast service and not too many things on the menu to choose from. They give enough protein in the sandwich in my opinion. The bread is soft, toasty and buttery. Made with freshness and cooked well. I usually order the chicken philly now because it's healthier meat however at times I crave for my steak philly and Roman burger. I would order again and again because of its freshness.

the food was really good but the cheese sauce that I paid almost $2 for was not great clearly something was wrong with the flavor it was off like it had spoiled or something. other than that though, the mushrooms were phenomenal.

Our whole order was perfect.The fried mushrooms were still hot when they arrived and the sandwiches were the best.My hubby had the cold Large Italiano (1100 calories). and mine was the Large Hot Buttered Cheesesteak™ BTE (1606 calories). Both sandwiches. The first mistake we made was not seeing the size sandwiches are. 24 inches is pretty big! Today for lunch and dinner will be Large Italiano (1100 calories) and Large Hot Buttered Cheesesteak™ BTE (1606 calories) That is the amount we have left over!
Nothing wrong with leftovers!

this was a terrible meal! I have never had a meal so bad.
the cheese steak was so bad we ended up throwing out most of one and the whole other one.
waffle fries, mine ordered the first one I pulled out, had a huge fried rotten spot. Gave 2 stars because the cheese sauce was ok.
we had started not ordering from Mr. Hero and thought to give another try since it had been awhile.
