the food was very good. especially the wafflers with the cheese sauce! only problem was, that I didn't receive the brownie that I ordered!! but I will eat there again, the food was good.

The Reg Loaded Tater Tots I got is sad, but its fine they're still good but im pretty sure these were like ten dollars and I got a handful of tots, looked bigger in the picture ...

I've had a lot of Roman Burgers over the years, this one left a lot be desired. Ridiculous amount of mayo, unripe tomato, coldcuts dry and almost crunchy, Burgers dry too, and the whole thing was extremely salty. It really didn't taste like a Roman burger,to be honest. Another weird thing, the wrapper and bag were totally generic, no writing, nothing said Mr Hero on it. Suspect they're not using Mr Hero commissary to save money? Can't say but it's odd...
Anyway, overall disappointing experience. Probably won't order from this store again.

Large Chicken Bacon & Ranch (1180 calories)
Last two door dash orders they completely ripped me off on the sandwich portion size.
I doubt the sandwich would be this tiny if you ordered in person.

the delivery was great. the fries were overcooked by many minutes. the sandwich was dry and hard ... ... not worth my money
