The food was cooked excellent!! Also the Manager of the store is super nice, helpful and very conscientious.

Our sub buns were disgustingly soggy. we had to throw away said buns and ate the inside fixings. The Mentor location always messes up. The Painesville location is always better. Disappointed since $60 was a waste. Dasher was not the issue, he did awesome

My food was disgusting. I got a small fry. I think I might’ve had five french fries in there and they were really dark. The cheese sauce was good. The sandwich there was hardly any mayonnaise on my Romanburger. The bread was like a dark color so it was over cooked. I don’t know what Mr. hero this was from but I hope to God I never had this again from them because it was disgusting, you spent all this money to have DoorDash bring it and you get crab food plus it was cold .

my sandwich was wet and cold my fries were half empty and cold and hard absolute worst experience ever it's like my sandwich was dipped in some liquid wet bread gray burger if I could give no stars I would

Potatoes were literally uncooked and soggy. Inedible. Cheesecake Swirl Brownie was old and dry.
