A while back we ordered from here and had made a mistake on the order. We actually had a terrible experience talking to the kids working at doordash, but the people at Mr Sub were incredibly helpful and fixed our problem for us.
I've been going to the location near the parkway mall for a long time, off and on, and have always had great food and friendly service. This is one of my two favorite spots in the city.

Very good sub at a fair price... whole wheat bread not as good as Quiznos/Firehouse Subs, so see if u can copy them.

I was dissatisfied by the 12' meatbal sub, it had 5 small meat balls.ery cheap other meat and toppings

There were a lot of toppings,(I order a veggie sub so that's the most important part) but today the bread was day old at least. Hard and not enjoyable. Usually this location is great.

So what the menu shows the pictures of the sandwiches and what you get is not even close I'll never order from them again. I paid over $40 for two small sandwiches will be showing pictures. The top photo is what the advertised and the bottom is what I got assorted sub with two pieces of cold cuts. The tuna sandwich I couldn't even see where there was tuna. I don't mind paying when you pay money for stuff that is not what you thought you were purchasing. It's not OK.
