One of my favorite taco trucks around. This truck has hands down the best Lengua in all of Birmingham!!! Their corn tortillas are always warm, soft, and buttery, not cold, tough, and doughy. However the Lengua is well seasoned and marinaded with amazing flavor that it is so juicy and tender it just falls apart. If you want tacos or you want a burrito, you can not go wrong with their Lengua as your choice of meat. I will also say that they have a great menu selection full of options. The LG Birria Pizza is quite the dish, especially if you're looking for something to share with your significant other or friends. And you can not go wrong with their Chips and Queso either.

You don't get a lot of chips with your Chips & Queso but the queso is great. It's really like a pinch of chips for $6 :/
The Pizza Birria doesn't have a lot of flavor and the sauce doesn't really do much for it. It has the thickness of a quesadilla. When dipped in the queso it tastes better. Wouldn't order again.
Overall the queso saved the rating.

My Pizza Birria is my favorite thing to eat most of the time! Always delicious and filling! Always takes me 2 meals to finish it all!

No beans, no tomato, as requested! :) Of course tasted both the Gorditas and Tacos without any sauces first - excellent flavor. With the sauces - even better! The fresh cucumber is a nice touch. Would definitely order from them again.

its decent if youre craving mexican food, the burrito is good not SUPER flavorful if ur looking for authentic mexican food, this is birmingham so im not surprised. but it did satisfied my craving. had a good portion as well. the choco flan was good as well. and i loves the pineapple fresca! id order again, its probably the best place in birmingham.
