• 25-05-09I've ordered from this place 7+x, and I usually order the same thing, sometimes with variables, like extra lettuce, cheese, charred corn, P-B.M., and tortilla strips etc. I can verify that there is inconsistencies, in the texture of the rice, as well as the flavour. As well as the plant-based meat. Sometimes it seems there was too much of the spices/flavouring added. Over-all I find them good. But they could be more consistent, as it is a franchise. My two biggest complaints...are the amount of lettuce that's added, as well as when I pay an extra $1 for cheese, I never feel that its sufficient. Same with the extra tortilla chips, and especially the extra $4 for the P-B.M. Like, there should be double the amount, not a little less on the original amount because oh look! they paid for extra! I feel jipped. I would love to order the taco trio....however they don't serve it with hard taco shells anymore. I also wish there was an +add lettuce option. However, if they added enough in the first place, there would be no need for that.

• 22-10-04Often good, however sometimes has inconsistencies in quality; for example the pulled pork is sometimes very dry and other times can be quite fresh.

• 23-04-28the Taco Trio I got had barely any met on any of the tacos it was mostly just cheese very disappointed I was looking forward to it

• 25-05-09I feel like putting the Pico de gallo, and the Salsas as a "topping" option...which you only have 4 max. of, instead of further down with the "Choice of Sauces" is another way that the franchise is trying to rip customers off. So instead of getting the sauce for free, as its part of a flavour base....as opposed to a topping...I now have to choose btwn paying an extra .25 cents for Pico de gallo...or adding it as a topping. Same with the salsas. That is if you don't want to skip on the sour cream/salsas/burrito sauce in the sauces menu as you only have an option of 3 max. Compare this to Subway.....which doesn't limit you on the amount of different sauces you can have. Nor how much of it either. This is just a cash grab from the Mucho Burrito Franchise. So all in all....I'm paying $18 (!!) For 1 Burrito....with no delivery fee, and before a dasher tip. That's insane!! and once more for comparison a footlong veggie sub, PLUS a 6" meatball sub would cost me only $4extra with tax. Too bad I didn't crave Subway as much.
