I ordered rice with my order, for ingredient options I put none... I didn't get my drink, until 15 minutes after I got my plate Sabor 5... When I called the restaurant the person I spoke to was rude and she raised her voice at me... She also told me I was looking at the wrong receipt because her receipt showed that I didn't order rice... Customer service was bad... My Caldo Tlaplenio was sloppy and I was getting crawfish shell pieces mixed in with the cheese... This restaurant was my go to for Caldo De Marisco and the fish... But even the fish was badly made and the pieces were super small... I didn't even get corn tortillas like I was did... This was what my order looked like... Don't know if you can see the crawfish shell with everything I took out of the Caldo...

The flavor of the shrimp on the botanita was a bit weird. I LOVE SHRIMP but just couldn't eat this. :(

Meal was missing cliantro, avocado,and the onions. The meat was over cooked and hard.
