I had a mixed experience with this order. On the plus side, the portion sizes are huge—we ordered two combos for two adults and had plenty of leftovers. I also loved the variety of topping and drink options; the lemonade, in particular, was great. However, the packaging was a letdown. While it was packed securely, it wasn't sealed according to DoorDash safety requirements, and the food inside was arranged quite messily. It tasted okay, but the presentation and lack of a safety seal brought the experience down.

First ever time trying this place decided to get the 12X12 SMASH BURGER combo only to received 6 out of 12 burgers/sliders im confused on how my order was messed up when they did not appear to be busy. Aside from that the fries are good did have a little bit too much salt but well seasoned. Can't say i can be guaranteed a better experience a second time without having to worry.

when I received my burgers, they had no sauce on them. They was burnt. They was burnt so bad that maybe it was too late and I got what was left over on the grill. They was cold. The last time I ordered everything was great. I guess you need to order at lunchtime cause late at night you're not getting the same quality days.

This was the worse meal I have ever ordered and to find out that this place is a ghost for Ruby Tuesday and the mozzarella sticks were under cooked
The sliders were well over cooked and were basically hockey pucks
