So delicious and filling and it made my body feel nourished. I had the grilled fish perfectly cooked and in a wonderful sauce, a generous container of perfect rice, and it came with a premium side salad, and the red and green sauces I love.

This hidden gem is putting out the best food in Fredonia! Huancaina sauce is delicious and rich, it's like a saffron infused hollandaise. The rotisserie chicken is flavorful and juicy. The food is worth every penny. I can't wait to order again.

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Fredonia and Dunkirk area. Great depth of flavor. Everything is seasoned perfectly. Usually get the Lomo Saltado. Think, beef tenderloin in bite sizes served on top of French fries. With sautéed onions and peppers, also seasoned and cooked perfectly. Everything I've had here has been great. The soups, desserts etc are all made from scratch with great ingredients. I'm only in the area once a week, so I treasure the times I get to eat here.

This is most authentic Peruvian food you will get out here. I am Peruvian myself and my dad and grandmother are chefs.
The ceviche is always a hit. First time trying the cau cau, needed some flavor and the tripe was over cooked. I think a bit more seasoning and ensuring the tripe isn't like a jello texture, it would be a wonderful comfort meal.
The steak sandwich the Peruvian way (comes with fried sweet potatoes) is delicious. Top it off with a can of Inca Cola, just wow. Excited to try more!
