You can ALWAYS count on Nanny Goats. The food is always fresh & full of flavor Whether you go for a menu favorite or check out their lunch specials. The photos from many of the items they show on the DoorDash menu for Nanny Goats you will see my name attached to them because we eat here several times a week. Many times we don't leave reviews because we've already reviewed the item, but I can say all of the daily specials such as their steak quesadillas & fried fish tacos with a choice of homemade guacamole or homemade white queso served with tortilla chips,, chicken spaghetti, and meatloaf with creamy mashed potatoes and salad just to name a few of the weekly lunch specials I have to add these are the best mashed potatoes I have ever purchased from a restaurant. They were even kind enough to tell me what the secret ingredient was. I now add it to my mashed potatoes at home and it is been a game changer. Considering they only serve mashed potatoes with the meatloaf that I have seen. You will have to catch them on meatloaf day which was on a Thursday the week I got it.
And honestly, we're not big meatloaf fans, but this isn't the typical type of meatloaf I was raised on . It was not greasy, and you could tell this was quality hamburger meat with a nice slightly sweet topping. My husband was turned off as a child on Meat Loaf for whatever reason and after 35 years, he finally ate meatloaf again and actually enjoyed it.
which I got it on a Thursday. I don't know if it's the same day every week. No matter what this is a place that you can count on for quality and good sizes and consistency across the board. Never once have I received anything that was not Fresh. Nanny goats is kind of hidden away inside of the 7 11 store on Judson, but they have an entire separate side for their restaurant and this is a high-end 7 11 that is new and very clean, so the restaurant has plenty of separate seating area on the other side of the building and away from the convenience store and they have outdoor seating area for their customers as well
The service staff brings your food to you and serves you just like any other Restaurant would do if you have not checked out nanny, goats, or if you are afraid to check them out because of them being located inside of a convenience store
everything is exceptional and the facility itself is New and very clean and you do not feel like you are eating lunch in a convenience store. You feel like you're inside of the deli because the place is quite large with a wonderful staff with lots of healthy options as well as sweet tooth options, fruit, cups, yogurt, cups, homemade muffins, and cinnamon rolls, and some yummy banana pudding and other types of desserts
You're missing out on this hidden gem inside of this lovely 7 11 convenience store if you have not given them a try.... Do so and see for yourself!! Enjoy

Nanny Goats is a favorite of ours! Today, we enjoyed the Meatloaf and mashed potatoes, which came with a salad. These mashed potatoes are the best I’ve ever had in my 60 years. We also ordered the Turkey & Swiss Sandwich and chose the pasta salad as a side. It was definitely worth the small extra charge. The bowl of soup was chicken poblano, and it was packed with shredded chicken and tons of flavor. Just a heads-up, the poblano pepper has a nice kick. We live nearby and visit a couple of times a week. When I was picking up at the counter, I didn’t leave reviews, which I feel is a disservice to one of our favorite spots. I should've been taking advantage of DoorDash’s 5% back & ordered through their app and used the pickup option since they are to close for delivery needs.
With Nanny Goats being so popular, using this option in the future will definitely save us a lot of time.

Nanny goats is a delightful surprise hidden inside a 7-Eleven! Don’t let its secret location inside the convenience store keep you from visiting a spot that locals absolutely love. They offer breakfast and lunch, and stay quite busy until around 1:30pm. I believe they close at 4pm.
We live less than a mile away and visit at least twice a week. Today, we couldn’t decide what to order, so we went for the Favorite Sampler, which includes their pimento cheese, chicken salad, and tuna salad, sitting on top a full size Romaine lettuce salad. This is plenty of food for two people—you could easily get 3 sandwiches out of it if you add bread, and since there’s a full-size salad with salad dressing underneath, you can see how many people could enjoy the Favorite Sampler
We didn't feel like taking our walk today, but hubby still had the desire for Cheese Sticks and that’s when DoorDash becomes your best friend! Nanny Goats has an outdoor eating area and a nice, spacious, clean indoor area for cooling off after our walk, that’s completely separate from the convenience store side. This is in a nice area, whether you choose to eat inside or outside. Make sure you check out Nanny goats; you’re missing out if you don’t stop by!

Chicken Caesar Wrap was amazing today was full right amount of chicken and lettuce I added ranch avocado an Monterey Jack cheese lettuce was crisp chicken was flavorful and not dried out put right amount of ranch so wrap wasn't dry perfection perfect lunch thank you!!! Will definitely order again!
