the steak in the steak sandwich was so overcooked it felt like I was trying to chew through leather. For the cost, I would have expected better. even the white bread slices seemed small.
The flake left me in shock. it was the smallest piece of flake I have ever seen. For $15 I was disgusted in the size. it was less than half of any other flake I've ever got from a fish and chip shop. I won't be going back to this shop.

Was the perfect little snack pack and what I needed for a Monday night. Even though I ordered what I thought was conservatively, I still ended up having too much and I couldn't eat it all. Always great value and always delivered fresh and hot.

This store was once fantastic but has let me down several times recently. Ordered flake in batter, but it was more like a grilled piece with a layer of flour. They used to be crispy from the hot oil and fresh. I don't mind paying $50 for 3 flakes (2 in batter and 1 griiled), if they're of excellent quality and cooked well. The potato cakes were once crispy and rippled but are much like the usual flat, tasteless processed ones that are now ubiquitous.
