Pizzas were good as usual, though it should be noted that neoplitans of this style WILL get soggy in the center, especially if they are allowed to sit for more than 10 minutes where the steam renders the crust less structurally sound. The ingredients and flavors are great, and you can pop them in the toaster oven for a few minutes to crisp back up pretty nicely. Just something to keep in mind.
The argula Arugula Salad was kind of disappointing. I've had it in person and it is usually nice - super simple but fresh and generous. Tonight, our salad to-go was literally just semi-soggy arugula and a small little cup of dressing. No fresh grated Parmesan, no lemon wedge. Looked nothing like the picture.. Not worth anything close to $15. Not even $5 to be honest knowing the small amount of soggy arugula received is worth maybe 25 cents. Fortunately I had a block of fresh parmesan and lemons to doctor it up a bit, but it was kind of sad as-is.
Overall I like Napolese but will skip the salad next time to make my own or will just dine in.

The portion size of the Chop Salad keeps getting smaller and smaller. I spent $18 (more since it's door dashed) and I get a portion size that hardly covers the bottom of the container. Won't be ordering from here anymore which is sad cuz it's a decent salad. Oh well.

We've been ordering Pepperoni from here for years. Pizza is good but you're stingy with the pepp. Today I paid an extra $4 per pizza to double the pepp. Was not doubled and the cheese was so skimpy on it we thought they forgot it. Come on Napolese.You can afford to do better than this. Really disappointing.

Freestyle was delivered. Cost could have been justified if the pizza wasn't so sloppy. Falling apart, soggy, burrata balls were just pools on the slice, wasn't cut all the way. Best utensil to use would have been a spoon.
