The Fettuccine Alfredo was absolutely delicious and the portion was huge! Well worth every penny. The Homemade Garlic Rolls were cooked perfectly and so soft and fluffy. 10/10 would order from here again

Super weird food experience?? The customer service was *amazing*; someone called to make sure they understood where I wanted the extra cheese lol The delivery was super awkward, not on them-at all, but we wanted to
love the food! :(( Stuffed Mushrooms were super bitter/salty/acidic (and I got 2 orders!), the Side of Alfredo was pretty bland, and the Tortellini Alfredo was meh. The garlic rolls were great, though!

For the past 23 years I've been faithful to only 1 Italian restaurant in McKinney. The past year though, I found I liked them less & less. The pizza was floppy & gooey with grease everywhere. I just didn't like it anymore. Tonight I tried Napoli's for the 1st time & OMG it's amazing! The pizza was PERFECT, the fried cheese was perfect, I have a new favorite place & from now on they will be the only place I buy pizza! On a side note, I'm from NY originally so I'm really picky about pizza. The sounds I was making while eating this pizza ... well let me just say I'm glad I don't live in an apartment or the neighbors would have gotten the wrong idea about what's going on over here.

We love Napoli's! It's always fresh and delicious. My son and husband love the Chicken Parmigiana and I'm a fan of the lasagna. The portions are very generous which is nice for leftovers the next day. We probably eat here once a week!
