Home of the world-famous hot dog, Nathan’s Famous serves crinkle-cut fries, burgers, chicken tenders, the NY cheesesteak, and more. Website: https://restaurants.nathansfamous.com/
Food was warm and delicious, Milkshakes were super thick and creamy and amazing. Would 100% order again

Fries were super soggy. The bread was not toasted and it was just slopped together with barely any meat

Dear DoorDash Team,
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order, which was labeled as Nathan’s Famous. Unfortunately, what I received was not authentic Nathan’s food, and I feel misled.
• The cheese on the cheese fries was not the signature Nathan’s cheddar-style liquid cheese. Instead, it was a spicy nacho-style sauce with chunks of peppers in it and a white base—something you would expect from a diner like Denny’s, not Nathan’s.
• The fries themselves were clearly not Nathan’s signature crinkle-cut fries. They looked and tasted like standard diner fries, not the quality or style Nathan’s is known for.
• The hot dog did not resemble a true Nathan’s hot dog either. It wasn’t the classic thin, long shape or quality that Nathan’s is famous for.
• The chocolate shake had no chocolate flavor at all and tasted sour, which was both disappointing and concerning from a food safety standpoint.
It honestly feels like this “Nathan’s” listing is a ghost kitchen serving generic diner food (possibly Denny’s) under the Nathan’s name. This is misleading and dishonest—especially considering the premium price I paid expecting authentic Nathan’s products.
Please investigate this matter and ensure that customers are not being misled by inaccurate branding. I would also appreciate a refund or credit for this order, as it was nowhere near what was advertised.
Thank you for looking into this.

The Southwest Grilled Chicken Sandwich lacked the avocado and pico de gallo as noted in the menu selection. And only 4 Beer Battered Onion Rings came in the order. Felt cheated! Definitely not worth it!
