The pickup was so chaotic! There must have been at least 3 dozen people all crowding the corner with the staff having no idea how to manage the situation. Also the Pita Bread was the size of an Oreo. Very unsatisfactory experience.

The falafel are above average, beef shawarma and kefta kabab are average. The way the bowl is pictured is how it should be served - each item separate from the rest. But it's served like a slop bucket for farm animals. They disabled special instructions so no option to tell Naya to assemble bowls like they picture them.

Food is a bit sloppy and overcooked falafel. Naya used to be better many years ago before it expanded.

At the office potluck someone brought in garlic whip and it was amazing. Decided to order lunch and was pretty disappointed to the point i didnt even finish my bowl. Everything was dry and bland. Needed more dressing. Falafal was crunchy outside but too dry inside. I would not order again unfortunately.
