Everything on the 13. Pu Pu Platter and 9. General Tso's Chicken was fresh and flavorful. Our go-to for the best Chinese in town. It would have taken me all day to cook a meal like that. We had enough for lunch the next day too.

it was steaming hot when I received my food, and put in special inductions and they actually followed them! The portion was huge andthe 9. General Tso's Chicken wasn't over fried, and the fried rice was fluffy and full of flavor.

Tue New China locations ate,hands down, my favorite Chinese restaurants in Redding. The food is high quality and the value they are offered is awesome , the owners and staff are very friendly and respectful of their customers.

And this is just the best House Chow Mein in town. I used to live in San Francisco and this is honestly the only chow mein in Redding that comes close to the quality you'd find there. And it is way cheaper than what the other Chinese places in town charge.

My new yummy go-to! A generous portion of chicken chow mein which was tasty. The 22. Mongolian Beef  was tender with some spice, yum-yum! Hot sour soup came too also delicious.

The teriyaki beef was delicious.  Loved the presentation, very festive.  The chow mein was outstanding.  Lots of meat in it.  The fried rice was a disappointment.  Dry and only vegetables and rice.  No meat in the combination fried rice at all.  I will not order the fried rice again.
