All items were hot and fresh. Very tasty, not salty at all. Everything tasted fresh. The fish was steamed perfectly, not over cooked or cold. Well wrapped. The tofu is using traditional tofu very meaty and flavorful. The crab is real crab meat. Great paring. The salty fish rice is amazing, large fish bits unlike many restaurants that will have minimal amounts. The flavors are really good. Will order again.

For pineapple sweet and sour pork, the pork is not tender & not juicy and the sauce is too sour.
For seafood chow mein, only very few kinds of seafood toppings are available and the quantity is less than before

Everything is good as usual but the 9. Stuffed Crab Claws (Each) / 蟹鉗 (每個) is a lot smaller than usual...

The white rice was similar to mashed potatoes. The ginger beef had a terrible taste, not sure if it was beef! Very disappointing.

I ordered 3 boxes of beef chow mein. However, the chow mein and beef topping inside each box were not the same. One box was found only few slices of beef and about 2/3 of chow mein comparing with the other two.
