Spicy Sour Beef noodle was unbelievably delicious. The spice and sour were perfectly balanced. Next time I will add extra beef. The chive dumpling was much larger than pictures and delicious and the griddle pie is genuinely one of my new favorite foods.

LOVE the Szechuan Noodlesoup. Well seasoned, fresh and plentiful. The Chive dumpling was not what I expected. It was deep fried and more like an empanada than a dumpling. Looked nothing like the photo. Tasted ok just not what I wanted.

The Szechuan Noodle was delicious, so flavorful, perfectly spicy, and the noodles come separate from the broth so you can save some for later. I added a fried egg, and it was perfectly cooked, and a great addition to the dish.

The Szechuan Noodlesoup is great, with a blend of garlic and spices. Other noodle dishes we've tried have also been very good. Noodle Topia is exceptional with their noodles and broths.

The soup dumplings were so juicy and delicious texture and the Szechuan Noodlesoup was outstanding, such a rich garlic broth and the egg adder on top was just phenomenal
