We ordered the pasta, drinks and some sweets.....koodos to Nordstrom ebar cafe!! They covered the drinks and put everything in bags for safety and that was awesome!!!! Their lemon pasta is delish!!! Those red velvet Red Velvet Cupcake are such a great dessert!!! Luv me some Nordies ebar

My drink is very specific with a few modifications and I'm always impressed when the barista nails it 100%...  today was one of those days!!!  Always love the fast, efficient and courteous service!  Great team you have there!

Got a Strawberry Vanilla drink last time I went to Irvine Spectrum and I've had that drink in mind ever since. I had to order it again since I was craving it and I'm so glad I did. I was surprised that even though it took a bit for the driver to drop off my drink to me was still chilled which I still wouldn't have minded if it came a bit melted cause it's just that good.

I ordered a sandwich from Nordstrom E-Bar during one of my breaks, but instead of calling me to let me know the item was unavailable and offering a replacement, my order was simply refunded. I only get two 10-minute breaks, so the time and inconvenience this caused was really unfair. A quick call or the option to substitute the item would have made a huge difference. I hope they can improve their communication with customers in situations like this.
