My first time here, I was passing by on my way to work and the Pad Thai / ผัดไทย was absolutely delicious and fresh! The portion was more than enough, and the spice was prefect. I will definitely be coming back with my husband.

The presentation from this restaurant was absolutely amazing. Even though I had takeout, they still took their time with how the food was presented. I wish I had taken a picture before I started eating. Speaking of eating, I thoroughly enjoyed the Basil Eggplant / ผัดมะเขือยาว and really loved that they put the rice in the same container as the sauce. It made it so much easier to mix the sauce into the rice as opposed to trying to pour it onto the rice in another container. Very practical and again, very tasty. Only thing was the tofu was a little hard and dry at times. Loved the green beans which was crispy and well proportioned. I liked the Summer Roll / ปอเปี๊ยะสด to a degree, but it was a lot. And I wasn't a fan of the sauces it came with. I went with the peanut one as it was less tangy than the other sauce. Overall, this being my first time trying Nua, I was happy with my purchases. I look forward to actually trying them in person, holey sooner rather than later.

How do they get good ratings?
Soup was just so-so.
Basil Green bean dish was ordered "Spicy" but had zero spice and barely any flavor or Basil. Delivery was super fast, but the chicken was clearly cooked long ago. Really bad.
The worst was the Mango Sticky Rice.
Sweet stick rice with Mango is my favorite dessert. Not here! There was NO Mango, none, nada, zip. it was tasteless yellow rice, tough like jerky. No sweetness or flavor. I've had Thai food hundreds of times. All of them i would rate from very good to excellent. Not here. $80 down the drain, with the leftovers.

the food is fantastic. theTom Nuer Sapp / ต้มแซ่บเนื้อ is my favorite things ever. and theNua Crispy Chicken bites / ไก่กรอบนัว are so tasty crispy.
