We are a locally-owned nutrition store and cafe serving healthy fruit/green/protein smoothies, rice bowls, salads, and wraps that are good-for-you foods.
I frequently get the PB Blaster and it never disappoints, its a great meal replacment, low calorie and filling and has great flavor, and to top it off this store is reasonably priced.

The staff at this business are amazing, friendly, and kind. The quality and consistency of their smoothies are the best I have ever seen.The price is reasonable and the portions are large. You see them make your smoothie while you wait, always with fresh fruit and veggies. I am there 3 mornings a week or more and everything we have tried has been delicious. Just tried their healthy energy drink, so good! Breakfast wrap and bowls are excellent also. Support local people!!!!

Literally the best in the area.. and they use the best cups for protein shakes especially compared to Stack Wellness. Every drink is always on point and I get cookies and cream every timeee!

Honestly I came here once years ago and was impressed! I don't know why I haven't gone back until now! It's absolutely delicious, very fresh, portion sizing for the food was great, I even had enough to save for another day. The sour patch smoothie was fantastic! Absolutely would order here again.

Love the smoothies, the peanut butter balls, the breakfast meals. Couple things.. please change your to go containers to something other than plastic or atleast a microwave safe plastic. Because the heat from the steak and eggs dish I ordered had the plastic warping in the car and i know for a fact that I was eating nano plastic residue even if it was not visibly in the food. Also, please research how to properly make a caesar salad. I ordered it, knowing full well what I was getting from the pictures and only ordered because I was craving it, but please upgrade your chicken to some chicken that is actually good.. like cubed chicken?? 0 flavor. Also was this iceberg lettuce? Or romaine.. because I feel like it was iceberg and that really detracts from this salads potential. Dressing was good just could use a little more. I got about half a cup and it barely covered it even though I mixed it really well.
