The taste is below average, and there are very few pearls in the drink. Moreover, the nearly $9 bubble tea is not even filled full !

Ordered on DoorDash because I wanted it ready by the time I arrived. Paid MORE online than I would've in person and when I arrived they didn't stamp the loyalty card I had. I came back later to see if a different staff member would have more common sense and even showed the receipt and they still refused because it had been ordered online. Very stupid of them considering I would've continued to go back at least 4 more times to get the free drink so they lost out on $40 by not stamping the card that should've been stamped without issue. Products themselves are overwhelmingly average, honestly worse than chains like GongCha or Chatime; I only went there because they were close and on the way to my destination. Ordinary product, bad customer service, won't be returning.

Popping pearls did not mix well with the tea. Wish jellies were available however tea was lovely.
