• 26-04-02The Barbecoa Street Tacos are slimy, they don't give you a lime, the green salsa this location gives you is spicy and flavorless. The location in tech ridge is sooooo much better. My mouth was on fire for something that tastes like absolutely nothing. Will not be ordering this again. The only thing I liked was the corn.

• 24-12-17Love this place, as close as you will get to a traditional taco place in this area. All the meat is great couldnt choose one over the other to be fair, Chips And Queso Personal 4 Oz- addicting, Street Corn- really good.

• 25-06-01True review from a real Mexican that grew up eating Barbacoa. This is the worst Barbacoa taco I have ever had.tortillas is bland and Barbacoa was so dry. Avoid this taco there are better options out there. Just wanted to try a new place.Total disappointment.

• 25-09-22I am so disappointed in One Taco. The birria tacos used to be so good. The last two times we have ordered they were to dry to eat or even try to bring back to life with broth that I made because they did not send any even though it was ordered. The corn is always good but the mayo was left off the last two times as well. I am not sure if it is the staff that keeps leaving things off and cooking the meat to jerky but whatever it is, I hope they figure it out and fix it because it used to be so good.

• 1 day agoThis was one of the worst DD experiences ever. The food is terrible, items were forgot and ingredients were left out. The pastor taco had more onions than meat and the cilantro was nothing but stems. The carne asada was fatty and did not have the avocado sauce it was supposed to be on it. The birria was dry and flavorless. I asked for salsa and received none. The street corn was 50% cheese. I had night expectations due to the "best tacos is Austin" tagline. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
