The Custom Set w/4 Onigilly is really good in quality and in price given it's in Palo Alto, but I added a miso soup for ~$4 and it was a gulpful... It was a total rip off.

Overpriced and the quality of the food was horrible. Teriyaki chicken was bland and mushy. Salmon tasted bad and the rice was mushy.

The portion of meat provided in the 2 Onigilly were very minimal, the $5 Strawberry Lemonade is child size, and the chicken teriyaki for my Custom Bowl tastes and smells worse than my dog's wet food.

I like the Custom Bowl but when I choose my 3 toppings with 2 scoops of spicy shrimp and 1 scoop of salmon I expect to to get 2 scoops of shrimp. But half the time I order I only get one small scoop of shrimp so I get ripped off with 1 scoop shrimp and 1 scoop salmon.

I love their custom bowl. It is fresh, and delicious! You get a lot of food for the price.
