The food was great BUT the packaging was atrocious. The tape was impossible to rip, meaning the only way to open was to tear the bag apart. The hot and cold food was mixed too so the temperatures were mixed. Great food but needs better packaging.

The packaging was not good at all. We ordered the box meal but everything was stacked together in a very unclean way. There were no any soviets there. The portion of half chicken was not satisfying. Always loved oporto but this time I am not satisfied at all.

Chocolate mousse was perfect. However, Bondi Bowl wasn't alright. Chicken was awesome as normal but the salad was spoiled. Something in it was spoiled which we can't eat. It's surprising to see this sort of service from Oporto.

They put all ingredients are so less. I can even count the pieces of lettuce.
