A disgustingly excessive amount of garlic sauce, none of the other stores do this. Also, barely any fries, I'd say less than 20% of it was actually fries. I forgot to double check which location this was coming from, not the first time I've had issues with this place, clearly they don't train their employees about the portions of each ingredient

The portion size was very small, and the amount of meat in the Shawarma was minimal. It was quite disappointing, and I won’t be ordering from Osmows again. The beef in the Shawarma tasted like it was cooked a long time ago, with little seasoning and no spiciness. I asked for spicy sauce, but it wasn’t provided, nor was garlic sauce. Overall, I feel $20 was wasted.

It was very dry with barely any garlic sauce. I hope this doesn't continue as I have had this item multiple times before and is one of my favourites.

Left 2 items out of the order costing $20, and the bag came open and sloppy, also they put ingredients that I didn't ask for in the item
