Chicken shawarma poutine was good as well. I would like a bigger portion of the add-ons for their prices; there was too little.

I have ordered from Osmow's at least four times recently, and the Falafel Shawarma SAJ Box is my go-to! the STIX™ are top notch, and I got a Side Falafels (6) because they just are that good! the portions are great and I would definitely order this again. the tzatziki sauce and Tahini are an absolute must for me as well!

My first time ordering from Osmow's. I ordered the SAJ box with the beef shawarma and rocks. Everything was quite tasty but the mess it left on my hands was too much. Since it's cut in 4 every time I took a bite all the sauce and meat would slip out of both ends. I'm glad I got the rice because I let it fall into the rice and was able to eat it that way. The portion was filling and I was definitely full and kinda tired since it was a bit of a workout to eat it with everything pouring out in each bite. I probably will order it again but from home and not somewhere like work or out in public since it's super messy. Like the sauce was all over my face and hands so make sure you have lots of napkins. Again it was tasty but messy!

I've ordered the Falafel Shawarma SAJ Box every time and it hits the spot. The Side Falafels (6) are an absolute must as well when order. I'm not the biggest fan of of baklava, but they're Baklava Cheesecake is so good!

Absolutely unacceptable. I paid $26 for an OZBOX and got a box full of lettuce with barely any chicken. On top of that, I paid extra for mozzarella cheese and didn’t receive it at all.
This isn’t a small mistake - this is careless and unprofessional. I’ve tried other locations before with no issues, but this specific place is clearly poorly managed. Either the staff don’t care or they simply don’t know how to follow basic order instructions.
Charging full price and delivering this kind of low-quality. It's honestly ridiculous and waste of money.
