I ordered this unknowing what I was getting as this is my very first order from them. Absolutely loved it!! The bread was perfectly toasted, crunchy outside and gooey soft inside, with a generous amount of meat and cheese. I did not get the peppers on mine, and I did add lettuce. Delicious!! Would order again.

This did not taste fresh. It wasn't a temperature issue. The pizza still arrived warm. However it tasted like it was made an hour ago and reheated. The crust was incredibly tough and the flavor just was not there, and they were stingy with the toppings. Sad to see how the quality of Ottos has gone so far downhill over the years.

Literally started eating my food as soon as I picked it up not only did the meatballs taste like they've been sitting out and are cold the pizza is burnt on the bottom and alls i can taste is burnt ... awful

These burnt pizzas came from congress st store. I called Them and was told to contact you. Ottos is our favorite pizza but we usually get it at a different location.
