All of my previous orders have been perfect. This time not so much. The Mash Potato I paid over $10 for, was barely 2 table spoons. The Chargrilled Steak Sandwich I paid over $30 for, had a thick layer of black rubbery burnt cheese, the bread was soggy & I had to pull the whole thing apart and rebuild it. The Cheese Chips I paid over $20 for were cold & hard. I understand hot food will cool down during the time it takes to be delivered, but the delivery or the Dasher cannot be blamed - I'm 1.8km from the restaurant & I watched the Dasher on the map waiting for my order to be ready & then come directly to me. The food was still enjoyable. But it was really lacking in the care, quality & quantity department & the time needed to bring back up to standard. Especially for the prices they are charging.

Tasty veg, the Prawn Topping is bomb and super delish, the Victorias Filet 285g was chewy as which I wasn't expecting for the price and cut and the Chocolate Thunder brownie was real burnt :(

$63 for a rack of ribs that you buy from places like coles for $12 is extremely disappointing ? These should be called baby ribs as that's what they are ? They're not the large pork BBQ Pork Ribs

the Mixed Grill everything was overcooked and dry. I would think for $70+ it would be alot better. Fettuccine was beautiful though but wouldnt pay $140 again for this
