• 25-02-06The Seasoned and Seared Prime Rib* is by far the best cut that is consistently very tender and consistently the proper cut of meat ordered. I got the mixed veggies as a side dish and the various types of steamed zucchini and squash was perfect and full of flavor!

• 22-12-03I treated myself to a birthday dinner delivery.
Wow! The food was so good! The Slow Roasted Prime Rib* was huge, perfectly cooked and still hot. The Dressed Baked Potato was fresh as well as the fries, salad and mini loaf of bread. I ordered a side of ranch for dipping the fries yum!

• 26-07-11The kid's Boomerang Cheeseburger was burnt. It should not have been served. If we'd been in the restaurant, it would have gone back. Instead, my son ended up eating the adult burger, which left me without an entree. I'm not happy about this, especially because I paid a premium for the door dash order. I've noticed with the Williamsburg Outback that the kids' meals are of low quality to start with and then ruined by being overcooked.
The orange juice was watery because there was ice in it. Who puts ice in orange juice?
The ice cream for the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet was 2/3 melted by the time it reached my home because it was placed on the bottom of the bag with the hot entrees. We've ordered ice cream several times before and not had this problem.
I question if we will order from Outback again. The kids' meal is always the most important item ordered. You've been consistent about making it the least cared about. Please, do better.

• 24-04-09The food was outstanding! It literally came hot and fresh to my door! Everything was packaged so carefully. It was so thoughtful to separate the sides. By doing that, the broccoli did not water down my salmon, which was absolutely delicious! Grilled to perfection! Hats off to the chef who prepared our food! Thank you so much!

• 24-01-17I think the staff on this shift needs to be retrained. My six coconut shrimp were borderline burnt and placed in a cavernous clamshell box so by the time they got to me they had slid around so much that nearly all the coconut had broken off. The side of mac and cheese was a good consistency but so over-the-top salty that it was inedible. Outback is usually a pretty safe bet but this experience has me reconsidering.
