I stumbled upon this store by accident and honestly was not expecting much, but google reviews said this restaurant was great and kid you not, it did not disappoint.
The serving size was big and worth the price I would say, except for Japchae and Pork Bone Soup, I think the serving was too little but that is my opinion. However, the quality and taste of the food did not disappoint. Every single order was delicious and finger licking good. Side dishes especially the kimchi was a little bland and that may be because it has not fermented long enough.
L astly I want to add that even if I ordered the food via doordash, I can tell if cleanliness was observed as my husband and I would almost instantly rush to the bathroom the next day and for the next few days as we both have sensitive stomachs. This usually happens when we order from other asian restaurants but Ozen did not have that effect on us, that is why it deserves the 5 stars. I hope that the service, food servings and cleanliness they provide would not change over time.

Loved the pork bone soup! So rich and was actually full of meat! The side dishes were unexpected delights! Haha :)
The pan fried octopus was much more soupy though, but still tasted delicious!
Was missing my miso soup as well. Otherwise, great food. Would definitely order again!

I ordered the Spicy Beef Soup. The broth was hearty but I felt as though they didn't give enough noodles to balance out the amount of beef. The flavours were good but it felt like something was missing, I ended up not finishing my food. The packaging was not good, by the time it reached my house the beef was overcooked and the noodles were runny. Overall would not order again, but I would suggest to try it if you like a home cooked soup vibe.

We used to order here at least twice a month since we moved to London, but lately the quality and service has gotten really bad. This time was the worst. Tough, chewy meat, and they didn't even send us kimchi. It's so sad because this is one of our favorite Korean restaurants in London.

The Spicy Pork On Hot Plate was fantastic, and it comes with a small thing of rice and a couple sides. Unfortunately the potato side tasted off today. I'm not sure if it's a recipe change, but I just chose to leave it and eat everything else which was great. The portion is lovely and im happy to have leftovers for later.
