The food is honestly so amazing, definitely the best mexican food in all of new mexico. My dad is from michoacan and he says its the best mexican food hes had. I love all the flavors and how the mix so well together too.

Everything I've had from Pajar has been fantastic.The Tripitas Tacos could have been a little more crispy, but they were delicious.They probably have the best birria in town, and my wife loved their Huevos Rancheros.Two thumbs up.

So the tacos were kind o bland and soggy Af but those fries were FIRE! Plus the salsa was nasty. I'd order those fries any day but $15 for 4 tacos and no side that's crazy. Like the birria wasn't bad but in no way was it fresh. So to be clear I would order the fries but I wouldn't order the tacos.

Pajar is always consistent and delicious! Always fresh, never skimping on portions! Even through doordash, they are incredibly affordable! They will always have my business as a happy, repeat customer!

This was the most delicious burger I've had in a long time. Will be buying again. It had fresh ingredients. I wished it came with a larger portion of fries.
