First time order here! Really tasty burrito with carnitas and pico de gallo! Queso was pretty good too. Chips are a little more salty than I'm used to. But I can't beat this price for the mega burrito- can't wait to eat here again!

Burrito is always delicious- super fresh ingredients, lots of peppers & onions, and the best flavor, the value is way better then the competitors, IMO. Get a Side Tortilla- Large so you can enjoy a second burrito with your leftovers.... or just enjoy the fresh pressed tortilla because no other chains are doing that... I like saving it for my breakfast the next morning. Oh and don't forget the chile lime vinaigrette, one of my fave parts!

I paid for extra chicken in a salad bowl and didn't get it. I still paid over $11 with the 20% off
and the bowl is small compared to other Mexican restaurants. I felt cheated. The bowl looked nothing like the photo. It was also half full. We did not care for the burritos either.

We wanted some fresh Mex and NOT Chipotle. We have driven by Pancheros many times but never patronized it. I saw good ratings so I was expecting something outstanding.
I did not.
When we got our order I thought something must be left behind, because all came in a bag the size of a paper lunch bag. Nope. Just VERY small portions.
I paid $8.60 per quesadilla that only used FAJITA-sized tortillas. Both of our quesadillas were SOGGY. There was MINIMAL AMOUNT of cheese/chicken. They were cut into quarters and each of the two I bought had a quarter that had LITTLE OR NO CHEESE in it. Just tortilla.The cheese quesadilla I got was the same price as the ones with meat.
We got a steak burrito. This was soggy also.
I thought to contact Pancheros and would have if it was a missing/wrong item, but this complete lack of quality isn't an oversight. They don't need me to tell them it was unacceptable; they clearly couldn't care less.

The tacos were ok but my burrito was horrible. Chipotle makes them way better. I ordered a pulled pork one and it was more like a vegetarian one. They seem to skimp on the meats. Probably will never eat here again.
