We have always loved the fast and reliable service and delicious food from Panda Family Buffet so we want to give them the benefit of the doubt.
That being said, I have to express my disappointment in our experience last night. We ordered Hot Pan chicken and received Jalapeno Chicken twice in a row. Two separate for orders for the same item and received the same INCORRECT item both times. Unfortunately we only received compensation for one of the wrong orders.
Getting the same wrong thing twice leads me to believe that there is a malfunction somewhere in how the order is placed on DoorDash and how the kitchen receives the order.
I hope this is fixed, or doesn't happen, in the future.
