This was very hard to rate. The Saratoga store and staff are always great! Usually a five-star experience all the way around wether in person or delivery. But in this case some food issues. The l NEW Hearty Fireside Chili tastes excellent just like you would expect from a spicy chili. a The bummer is that there's really not much to it other than sauce. Tiny amount of ground beef and maybe 6 beans, and that's a bowl not a cup. The Mediterranean Greens with Grains salad is also lacking. Not really much there besides 2 slices of cucumber and a few peppers on lettuce. So, while the food tastes good and as fresh, and the staff at the Saratoga store are great, I'm sorry to say that Panera themselves are cheaping out. This was way overpriced for what I got. Both items were anemic. But, this is not the norm and better luck next time as I will order again. stuff happens...

The caprese was really tasty, but I adored the poppyseed salad. That's the best poppyseed dressing I think I've ever had. The NEW Fudgy Brownie CinnaTop though was cold and a bit dry, really just too big for one person and a lot of flavorless sugar, completely overwhelming the feeling from the other food. Next time I think I'll just order the fudge.

Last time i ordered the chili. It was amazing, i ordered a bigger size this time. Only to receive whats like a cup of sauce. There is no meat, beans, nothing! Sandwich and tea were delicious as always.

The extra money for the fruit cup side is a bit much for how little fruit is actually in the already tiny cup. And it was basically just cantaloupe with a few cubes of pineapple and honeydew.
