I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Sal who works at this Panera in Festus. Fantastic customer service. Great food as well! Highly recommend. It's rare that my entire order is completely right anywhere. They nailed it! Great job, y'all!

I haven't ordered from Panera in a while, so I thought I'd try it again. I was craving a Caesar salad so I got the half sandwich and Caesar. the sandwich was pretty much 2 pieces of bread with about an ounce of chicken. the salad was small and something I could've made at home better, and at a fraction of the cost. I'm still hungry so next time I'll order from the pasta house or the sushi place, spend the same amount, get much better food, and get full!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered the NEW Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Both times they were very tasty. I love the sweet caramelized onions and peppers on it. I don't normally splurge on expensive cookies but the Oatmeal Raisin with Berries Cookie is worth an occasional splurge. You can actually taste the cranberries, blueberries and strawberries mixed into the oatmeal raisin cookie. As a bonus I was able to use a promotional offer so my meal didn't cost as much as usual.

were bland and hard to chew. Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea - Naturally Flavored I enjoy this tea. it's very flavorful.

I ordered a half Fuji Apple Chicken Salad and received it with no dressing. Can't eat a salad with no dressing. Also, the Fruit Cup was only 1/2 full and looked nothing like the picture. For over $4, I did expect more.
The Walnut Cranberry Chicken salad sandwich ordered hardly had chicken salad on it, mainly lettuce.
I guess tonight wasn't my night....
I ordered a sweet tea and got an "un sweet."
I've honestly have had better and know I didn't get my money's worth!
