This Panera has been messing up a lot lately . They haven't included the baguette side on my last two orders, they put an unripe avocado in my salad, and no cheese but tons of tomatoes on my sandwich. Starting to get frustrated.

Order arrived so burnt that even the bag had the smell of char when it was opened to the point I was questioning if the driver was smoking in the car with my food. However upon further inspection the smell of smoke was coming from inside the bag when I opened it not the outside. I can't believe Panera actually sold something like this. I get the Four Cheese Soufflé all the time and have never seen them sold this bad. There was no way for the delivery driver to see how bad this was because the bag was sealed by Panera.

The Cafe Blend Dark Roast Coffee Tote has great tasting coffee. They just need to pay more attention detail when it comes to making sure they send enough creamer and sweetener for the amount of coffee in the tote.
