Like a 4.8 everything was good, salad dressing cup needed to filled a bit more and there wasn't a straw! Food was good iced chai was awesome!

Do better, Panera. For the prices you are charging, the quality and presentation of your food should match the high price. I ordered a chai tea latte and it was nothing but iced milk with a dash of cinnamon. The avocado and egg white bagel was also a joke. One slice of avocado that still wasn't quite ready to eat, as it was still mostly hard. The egg was so small that I questioned if there was even one there when I initially opened the packaging. Disappointing. Y'all, please do not waste your hard earned money on this establishment. $16 for a bagel and iced milk, smh.

the sandwich was great. the soup was like the bottom of the barrel, and wasn't even half full. also soup was tepid and clumpy bits of fat?? that were floating.

Just ordered a sandwich and a drink.They left off half the things on the sandwich when I only wanted the peppers off. I also ordered a sweet tea and it wasn't even sweet. For the prices you charge you should at least get the orders right.

I ordered chicken noodle soup. It appeared like it was the bottom of the pot because there were NO noodles, no carrots and only a few slivers of chicken. It was mostly broth. Very disappointing.
