Smoothies are very thick for the skinny paper straw. Maybe using a wider one would be better. BUT very delicious. The Mac is delicious! I always order the Passion Papaya green tea! Light, tasty, and not overly sweet.

I was disappointed to find that half a sandwich had fallen apart in the bag, causing tuna fish to get on the other food. The salad was quite small and contained only a small amount of chicken. We frequently purchase from your restaurant and had hoped for a better experience this time.

My husband can order Panera food every day. The salads are always fresh. Depending on the cook, some portions can be larger than others when they are preparing the salads. The food always tastes the same, the flavors never change. We will definitely order from Panera again.

We received a chicken broth, the onion soup didnt have any cheese on it and sandwich was missing like half of the meat and veggies.
The only this was great was the customer service thought. Thats why I didn't give 1 star lol.

There was none to very little bacon on the Chicen Bacon Rancher sandwich. Ordering is so much better in person your meal really looks like the pictures.
