I am usually happy with my order from Panera. Today's order not the best- the bread on my sandwich was hard and smothered with the sauce.

Whoever made this soup at this particular Panera location didn't add the cheese; that's literally one of the major ingredients of French onion soup, lol. I also didn't omit the cheese from my order so I don't know why it was left out. I couldn't finish it.

Ordered 1/2 tuna salad sandwich and soup and a few other things. Asked for no tomato or mixed greens...sandwich came with tomato and mixed greens. Thekabke on the bag even read NO TOMATO NO MIXED GREENS. They also forgot my brownie. The bread was just thrown in the bag. If you are going to charge $72, at least try not to mess it up.
