Very friendly staff/managment. Always accommodating special request. The food is reliably good. Love the bacon turkey bravo (old classic) and Broccoli Cheddar Soup is always great for comfort. Thanks for another perfect order!

It was alright. Quality gets lower each time as price gets higher. $15 for about one cut up salty chicken thigh, some broccoli, and rice is silly. Ceasar is chopped romaine with stale grated cheese and 2 cups of bottled dressing.

Not sure what happened to Panera Bread over the last few years, but the quality, taste and overall appearance were poor.
I am a big fan of French dip. This was the worst, pre-made, heat in a microwave sandwich I've ever had.

Drink tasted watered down. Sandwich barely had enough chicken salad to make half sandwich and this was a whole sandwich.

Food is good, as always. However, This the third time I've had the fruit cup as my side selection. It's never good (usually unripe) and expensive, so I won't be getting it again. My sandwich was outstanding.
