half salad portion was smaller than usual based on past orders (smaller plastic container) but was still good. Just not worth the $$$

Food was overall ok. However, the quality of the chicken in the salad wasn't great. And the cream of chicken and wild rice soup was bland and not creamy. In fact, when I first took off the lid I thought I had received chicken noodle soup by mistake. Panera used to be so good and my go-to for somewhat healthy meals. Between the price and the quality it will be a long time before I try Panera again.

my orders from Panera in Plainfield are ALWAYS great, but I Love the variety of icing art on the Pumpkin Cookie ! I always get different colors and patterns, and it's just an additional piece of joy to look forward to.

Plainfield location was horrible. Forgot the bag of chips, forgot the bread bowl, and I typically order the chicken salad sandwich from 86th street. Plainfield location was extremely stingy on the chicken salad for the $10 sandwich.

There was literally two small pieces of chicken on the salad and four 2oz containers of salad dressing were placed into the salad box (Instead of in the bag with utensils) so it definitely was not a full serving since those salad dressing containers filled up half of the container.
